Why Not Tri Series?

 What's stopping ICC from organizing this kind of tri-series again?

It was a good tournament. Although Bangladesh lost all their matches, it was still entertaining. I still remember how Bangladesh set a target of 296 against India, and India were 56-3 at one point. And yet, they managed to lose the match.

I miss those days when cricket was not solely about viewership and money but instead focused on providing a competitive tournament.
